Our organic Apples Cider Vinegar is raw, unfiltered and un-pasteurized so that it maintains the best of its natural benefits. Made form 100% organic apples we preserve the Veil of the Mother , which is created by natural amino acids and enzymes combining into strand like chains of connected protein molecules during the fermentation possess.
